Yu Jianhua, male, a Han national, was a native of Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. Born in December 1961, Yu started his career in August 1982 and joined the CPC in June 1991. He graduated from China Foreign Affairs University, majoring in international relations, and acquired an MBA from the University of Birmingham of the UK.
